Sylvia Sundholm is the author and creator of this website. This working mom is an IT Buyer for Netflix and a California Notary Public, but enjoys spending her free time right here, on the Web! She also enjoys digital imaging, karaoke, gardening, scrapbooking and playing online games at Club Pogo. Visit her on Facebook, her online obsession! Carl Sundholm is an attorney and also enjoys spending his free time on the Web. His hobbies include digital photography, family history, music, art, culture and history. He also enjoys sailing his 19' West Wight Potter sailboat, named Dagmar. He's a member of the Potter Yachters, the longest running West Wight Potter association. Sam Sundholm is in middle school and enjoys playing online videogames, playing the guitar, fencing, drawing, and building with Legos. Little known fact: the name Lego is derived from the two Danish words "leg godt," meaning "play well." Anna Sundholm is five years old and attends Carlton Avenue Elementary School in Cambrian Park. She loves visiting Disneyland, princesses and fairies, playing dress-up and spending time on the internet. Her favorite website is Build-a-Bearville. Upcoming events: SWEA Swedish Christmas Fair Enjoy traditional open-faced sandwiches and a cup of steaming Christmas glögg (mulled wine). Crafts for the children; the popular traditional fiskdammen (fish pond) with lots of surprise catches, and the exciting pepparkakslandet where children decorate their own gingerbread figures. Tomten (Santa Claus) will be there to meet the children. Musicians will play live Swedish folk music and dancers will perfrom throughout the day.
